Liability for content

The contents of our web site pages have been compiled with meticulous care. We cannot, however, offer any guarantee for the correctness, completeness and current status of the contents. As service providers, we are responsible for our own contents on these pages in accordance with general law, pursuant to § 7 Abs. 1 TMG. Service providers are not, however, obliged to monitor outside data supplied or stored by them, or to investigate circumstances which might be indicative of unlawful activity. Any liability in this respect is not possible, however, until we become aware of a concrete case of legal infringement. Our site includes hyperlinks to external third-party web sites, over which we have no influence in terms of content. We cannot therefore offer any guarantee for the contents of these external web sites. It is always the respective provider or operator of the web sites who is responsible for the contents of hyperlinked web sites. Hyperlinked web sites are checked for possible legal infringements at the time the hyperlink is established. Unlawful contents were not apparent at the time the hyperlink was established. A permanent check of the contents of hyperlinked web sites is not feasible, however, without concrete grounds in terms of legal infringement. Once we become aware of any legal infringements, we shall remove these kinds of hyperlinks without delay.
